It’s been 10 years since The Social Network movie was released, which makes it 1 year more since the action in the movie takes place.

Reviews and opinion on movies by Em. Personal touch and experience shared with the world.
I am watching a lot of movies and some triggers feelings which I express on this blog. It’s only based on personal experience and knowledge so please feel free to comment and share your thoughts, correct me when I’m wrong (I do like to write things from the top of my head without verifying, although Google is one tab away).
Another thing I like to do is come back to old articles and update them. For example, I saw a movie in 2012. But I have re-seen it recently (eg Anonymous) and I wanted to add a couple of ideas to the article. So, if you follow my blog on Social Media and see that I’m reposting something that you already saw, It might worth to check it.
Movies, alongside music and literature, can make this world a better place.
The Passion Of The Christ (2004)
I made a habit of watching The Passion Of The Christ each Easter.
Split – by M. Night Shyamalan
M. Night Shyamalan made a comeback, and this time is for the long run. Split is one of the best pictures out there, one that, even in our time, I’m thinking of having it on DVD/Blue ray.
The Founder – Birdman serving you a Big Mac
It’s nice to see Michael Keaton again. Besides Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) he didn’t get quite noticed in the industry since… Batman? The founder. About McDonald’s.
Cloverfield (2008)
One of those really good reality-show type movies (like The Blair Witch Project) that you feel like you need to see it again after a couple of years, or leave it on if it’s on tv.
Closer to the moon (2013)
Nae Caranfil is the most respectable Romanian movie director. So great that his works are not fully appreciated for their great value. “Too good to be true” certainly applies to his films and for this one – Closer to the moon -in particular he had a different approach.
Creed
So, let me start by saying that I wasn’t a big fan of the Rocky movies when I was a kid. Boxing wasn’t my thing (as it is now). I knew and was motivated by the eye of the tiger song and clips, but didn’t made an impact as a film in my childhood. Although I appreciated Stallone as he is for me even today, the Demolition Man.
Jurassic World
I remember back 20 years (+-) or so when the first Jurassic Park movie came out. At one museum in my city (the capital of an East-European country) they had those robotic dinosaurs they used in the original Jurassic Park movie for an expo for a couple of weeks. I went there with my dad an I was terrified of the size and the sounds they produced.
